Video verification is used only to confirm that a profile is real and to protect against scams, underage profiles, and unsafe behavior.
2. How verification works
Users can send a Telegram video note in the bot following the service's instructions. The user's face must be visible in the video. The video must match the profile and must not contain illegal, offensive, or explicit content.
3. What happens to the video
The video note is not shown to other users and is not used as profile content. It is only accessible for profile verification by authorized service personnel or technical verification tools.
The video may be stored for 30 days or until the check is completed. In some cases, information about the check may be stored longer if needed for safety, complaint review, or protection against repeat violations.
4. When verification may be rejected
- the face is not visible in the video;
- the video does not match the photo or profile data;
- there is suspicion that the profile is fake or the user is under 18;
- the video contains prohibited or unsafe content;
- the user attempts to circumvent the verification rules.
5. Consequences of violations
If a fake, an underage profile, someone else's photos, a scam, or another rule violation is discovered during verification, the service may hide the profile, reject verification, or block the user without refunding already-activated digital services.
