1. Which services can be paid for
Magic Date UA may sell Magic Premium, profile Boost, increased like limits, the ability to message without a mutual like, additional profile visibility, and other digital features shown in the bot or on the website.
Premium and Boost are a digital service or access to features, not a physical product.
2. Price and duration
The current price of Premium, Boost, or another feature is shown on the website https://magicdate.com.ua/ or directly in the Telegram bot before payment. The duration of the service is also shown before payment.
3. How payment works
Payment can be made via card acquiring, a bank card, or another method available in the bot. After successful payment, the user receives digital access in the bot.
After successful payment, the user receives an electronic payment confirmation and/or a fiscal receipt, if required by the payment method and applicable law.
If a payment requires manual review, the user may be instructed to send a receipt, link, or transaction number in the bot or to support.
4. When access is activated
Access is activated after successful payment is confirmed. If the payment is confirmed automatically, access may be activated immediately. If manual review is required, access is activated after an administrator verifies the payment.
5. Card payment data
If payment is processed through a payment provider, Magic Date UA does not directly store full card payment data. The payment provider may process card data under its own security and privacy rules.

7. Refunds and blocking
Once a digital service is activated, a refund is possible only in cases of technical error, duplicate charge, or if access was not granted due to the service's fault. If a user violates the rules, the service may block the profile without refunding an already-activated digital service.
