5. Data other users can see
Other users can see the profile data you publish yourself: name or nickname, age, city, photo, description, interests, and other profile information. Do not add your address, phone number, financial details, or other information you don't want to show others to your profile.
Users are solely responsible for the information they publish in their profile.
6. Video verification
The Telegram video note used for verification is used only to confirm that the profile is real. It is not shown to other users and may be stored for 30 days or until the check is completed.
7. Payment data
If payment is processed through a payment provider, Magic Date UA does not directly store full card payment data. The payment provider may process such data under its own rules. The service stores service-related payment information needed to grant access, provide support, process refunds, and maintain accounting records.
8. Sharing data with third parties
We may grant access to data to Telegram, the payment provider, hosting, analytics services, consultants, or government authorities, if this is required for the operation of the service, payment, protection of rights, or compliance with the law.
9. Retention period and deletion
Profile data is stored while the profile is active or as long as needed for safety, complaint review, payments, or legal compliance. Users can request deletion of their data via magic2517vip@gmail.com or support on Telegram.
