1. Parties to the agreement

User: an individual aged 18 or older who uses the Magic Date UA Telegram bot, creates a profile, or pays for digital services.
2. Subject of the agreement
Magic Date UA provides access to a Telegram dating bot where users can create profiles, view other users' profiles, like them, get matches, message within the service's features, and contact support.
The service sells digital services: Premium access, profile Boost, increased like limits, the ability to message without a mutual like, and additional profile visibility. Premium and Boost are digital services and access to features, not a physical product.
3. Acceptance of the offer
Acceptance of the offer occurs upon launching or using the bot, creating a profile, uploading a photo, completing verification, clicking the payment button, actually paying for a digital service, or continuing to use the service after the documents are updated.
The agreement is concluded in electronic form. A separate paper signature is not required.
4. Age restriction
Magic Date UA is intended only for users aged 18 and older. If a user is under 18, they are not permitted to create a profile, use the service, or pay for services.
5. User obligations
- provide truthful information about themselves;
- use their own photos and not publish other people's material without permission;
- not impersonate another person;
- not publish illegal, offensive, fraudulent, or dangerous content;
- be solely responsible for the information they publish in their profile or send to support.
6. Prohibited behavior
The service prohibits underage profiles, fakes, scams, prostitution, sexual exploitation, coercion, threats, insults, spam, illegal content, the sale of intimate services, publishing other people's photos, and collecting other people's personal data.
For rule violations, the service may hide or delete a profile, restrict features, reject verification, or block a user without refunding already-activated digital services.
7. Moderation
Magic Date UA may moderate profiles, photos, descriptions, complaints, and other user activity. The service may hide or delete profiles and block users if it sees a risk to the safety of other users or a violation of the rules.
8. Payment and access
Payment is made via card acquiring or another available method shown in the bot or on the website. After successful payment, the user receives digital access in the bot.
Prices, available plans, the duration of Premium or Boost, and the payment method are shown to the user before payment. The service does not directly store card payment data if payment is processed through the payment system.
9. Service outcome
Magic Date UA does not guarantee a match, a reply, a mutual like, a meeting, a relationship, or any specific outcome from using the service, Premium, or Boost. Paid features increase access to the service's capabilities but do not guarantee a reaction from other users.
10. Refunds
Once a digital service is activated, a refund is possible only in cases of technical error, duplicate charge, or if access was not granted due to the service's fault. Detailed terms are described in the refund policy.
11. Personal data and video verification
The service processes Telegram ID, username, name or nickname, age, gender, city, photo, profile description, interests, messages to support, payment data, Premium status, technical data, and verification data in accordance with the privacy policy.
The Telegram video note used for verification is used only to confirm that the profile is real, is not shown to other users, and may be stored for a limited period: 30 days or until the check is completed.
12. Changes to documents and contacts
The current version of the documents is published on the website https://magicdate.com.ua/. If a user continues to use the bot after an update, this means agreement with the new version.
